SENIOR ADULTS

“With a long life I will satisfy Him and let Him see my salvation.”

Psalm 91:16

Our older adult community is both vibrant and active, always seeking to deepen their faith and continue on the Kingdom work. These groups deepen faith and friendships, equip and support, and invest in time and talent as they carry out God’s will while understanding the particular roles, strengths, needs, and challenges of older adults.

The goal is to help seniors stay strong in body, mind, and spirit. Regular physical activity keeps your heart, brain, bones, muscles, and joints healthy. If you have a chronic condition such as arthritis, diabetes, or osteoporosis, safe exercise can help you to feel better. Plus, staying social is vital to good health!
